20/20/60 Rule for Business Growth

I am super blessed because I am a member of Truly Rich Club. I am blessed with the wealth strategies of the very successful people. Club members are given with this wealth strategies from the experienced people of our time. This is why everyday I am blessed.

I am now swimming in the ocean of abundance of GOD because of my mentors. Am so very glad to have financial mentors.

I got this 20/20/60 rule from the Truly Rich Club. which says, in every business, profits should be divided by 20/20/60. This is the magic formula for a business to grow. To further explain this formula, the first 20 percent of the profits will go to you the owner of the company. The other 20 percent goes to the management team, the people running your business. Give it to your team, share it to your employees. This is a sort of profit sharing at the end of the year. And finally the 60 percent, this is considered as the secret sauce of the business. This 60 percent will be used for reinvestment. This will be used to expand your business, to build new branches. To invest in new businesses.

This is the magic formula to keep your business growing. Business profits should be divided by this portion if not your business will not grow.

Amazing information from the Truly Rich Club.

Professional Investors

Warren Buffett said, "It's important for society to have accurate and informed sources of information."

This very statement made me decide to have a financial mentor to guide me in my investments. It is very crucial especially for a newbie like me. I need to invest for my future and to increase my cash flow.

Robert Kiyosaki said, "That there are two things professionals invest for: 1) Capital gains, and 2) Cash flow."

He further cited examples of these two.

Capital Gains
Here's an example of capital gains for a great price: Back in the 1990s, every time I had some extra cash I would buy some gold or silver. Although I didn't receive any cash flow from gold or silver I knew I was purchasing the metals at a great price, and that someday those prices would rise again.

Cash Flow
An example of buying for cash flow at a great price is when I buy a stock that pays a dividend. I wait until the stock market dips and then buy, which is what I'm currently doing. Every time the market drops, I buy more of this stock at a great price, because I love the cash flow from dividends.

Combination of Capital Gains and Cash Flow
Finally, an example of buying both capital gains and cash flow at a great price is when I find an apartment building at a bargain, and then increase the rents. By doing so, I increase the cash flow and the property value, which translates into capital gains.

I ask myself, as of this very moment, where do I invest my money for Capital Gains or Cash Flow?

But when Robert Kiyosaki was ask, what do you invest for? He said, both.

As for me this is a very accurate and informed source of information. I love to hear from the great investors and leaders of our time. They are the sources of information I really need to hear.

I want to leave this question to you, who do you listen to? What information do you constantly get? And where is that information coming from?

Consider Disparity When Investing in the Stock Market

What is Disparity?
Disparity means difference, a great difference.

When investing, you must consider disparity as the major aspect to look into before buying in the stock market. And what is this great difference all about? This is the difference between the current value and the actual value of the company we are buying.

Current value is the value we can see at the newspapers as its current share price. This is the value people are willing to buy now.
Actual value is more difficult to determine, it requires experts who study the company's assets and projected income. Actual value plays a big role when investing in the stock market as this will help us gauge when will be the exact time to sell.

Now, you will have a big problem on determining the actual value of the company than the current value. This is where mentors will play a big role when investing in the stock market. They will be of great help to you the investor.

You may be in the need now for mentors. Where will you find someone to help you determine the actual value of the company your are buying?

You can visit this site the "Truly Rich Club" for your reference and guidance on your next investment in the stock market.
