You want to get rich? You gotta learn how to sell

Article Review
Truly Rich Club's Wealth Strategies

Bo Sanchez' most important advice to those who don't want to remain employees and want to start their own business, "Start selling."

The lifeblood of any business is sales. No sales, no income. It's that simple, he said. Start selling something. Anything, he continued.

His advice is to look for someone to train you how to sell. Learn how to make calls, pass on leaflets, knock on doors. Get rejected and to experience the sting. Selling again and again until you experience the thrill of a sale.

His final words, "selling should be your number 1 skill.

Bo is teaching all the members of the TrulyRichClub and to you reading this article to answer your customers with love.

Why China's Richest Man Jack Ma Tired and Doesn't Like Being Rich?

You might think and plan to be successful and become the richest person in your community or country and here comes a very successful man in China says, "I'm tired and doesn't like being the richest man in the country.

This is unusual and unknown to everybody.

Let's see his thoughts about being the richest man in China.

Got this news from Finance.Yahoo, CNBC.

Jack Ma said he has not been happy recently, and he finds being his country's richest man "a great pain." "This month I'm not very happy-I think too much pressure," Ma said. "I try to make myself happy no, because I know that if I'm not happy my colleagues are not happy, and my shareholders are not happy, and my customers are not happy."

Ohh! This is far from what many thought of being rich. But why?

Read his thoughts...

"Maybe the stock goes so up, maybe people have high expectations on you, maybe I think too much about the future and have too many things to worry about," Ma said. "I'm happy with the results, but honestly I think when people think too highly of you, you have the responsibility to calm down and be yourself."

"Rich people is good.' Yeah it is good, but not the richest man in China. It's a great pain because when you're (the) richest person in the world, everybody (is) surrounding you for money," he said. "Today when I walk on the street, people look at you in a different-I want people to see this is entrepreneur, this is a guy who is having fun of himself, and I want to be myself."

The following statement is very important, read it and understand it by heart. I was moved by this message.

"In order to get rid of this "pain," Ma suggested he is looking at ways to use his money to give back to society."

Spending money is much more difficult than making money." Ma said he is looking at potentially establishing a foundation that can "spend money in a business way."

Wow! Great message from China's richest man, giving back to the society is the solution of this pain of being tired and doesn't like being rich.

Invest_How to be a billionaire?

The wise man saves for the future but the foolish man spends whatever he gets.
 -Proverbs 21:20

You can have money forever. How? By investing. It really doesn't matter how much people earn. What matters is how much they invest. It may be small but you have it. You can invest in three money machines:
Business: traditional, franchise, networking, etc.
Property: rental property, buy and sell, etc.
Paper: bonds, mutual funds, stock market, etc.

If you want to be rich, you need to sow in time of famine.
When you have very little money, that's the time to invest.
The seeds that you sow in time of famine will also give you your greatest harvest.

Sow in times of famine.
Don't wait for better times before you invest.
Don't wait when you have excess money.
Invest now while your money is small.
Because your greatest ally is time.

Disregard the lows, the crisis, the recessions.
Just keep investing when others are panicking.
Sow in times of famine!
The key is discipline.

Action steps:
Invest 30 percent of your income, live on the 70 percent.
Why 30 percent?
First, invest 10 percent in the Kingdom of GOD. Tithing is your greatest investment.
Second, invest 20 percent into your retirement fund.

Invest first before spending.
When you receive your salary, set aside your 30 percent right away.

Choose between mutual funds or stock market.
In mutual funds, you pay a company to manage your funds.
If you invest in the stock market directly, you manage it yourself.

Manage Your Finances, Reinvest Your Earnings!

Me and my wife arrived home from a business meeting, took time to sit down just giving time with each other. We came across a topic of giving and of thrifty or clever people on the basis of our own standards. As we go along the topic we come to a conclusion that some people we tag as thrifty or clever people are the ones who managed their finances well. They are the people who are financially educated.

Me and my wife are currently on a temporary financial breakdown.

After our short conversation, it came to my mind that what we are experiencing right now is a consequence of our mismanaged finances. I was thinking that I already know how since I was a graduate of a four-year business course but then, I was wrong. Yes, we mismanaged our finances that resulted to a temporary breakdown.

The message below is taken from the Wealth Strategies of the Truly Rich Club.

Multiply Your Profits! Invest in the Stock Market.

There are high-earning entrepreneurs who never grow wealthy. Why? They don't have the discipline of re-investing their earnings. They use their earnings to high-lifestyle of luxury cars, ostentatious mansions, and varoius vices.

Take a look at some of the lifestyles of the wealthy people: they lived in the same small old house in the province, owns two simple cars, went to a resort and stayed at the cheapest room available.

Instead of spending it, they reinvest their earnings in the stock market.

The wealth strategies of the Truly Rich Club just teaches me how to manage my finances. The club teaches me the path I should take.

Now you know what to do.
This too will be your future.
Work on you cash machine!
And reinvest your earnings.
